How do I place an order on Renuka Collection?
Browse our website at renukacollection.in, select your desired product, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. Complete your payment and your order will be confirmed instantly.
Will the product look exactly as shown in the photos?
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or your device's screen settings. Minor differences of this nature do not qualify as defects.
Are the size measurements accurate?
Measurements listed on our website are approximate and may vary by 1–3 cm. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations are only possible before the order is processed. Once it moves to "Shipped" status, no modifications can be made. Contact us immediately at support@renukacollection.in if you need assistance.
What if the item I ordered goes out of stock?
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly via email or phone. You may then opt for an alternative product, store credit, or order cancellation.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Debit Cards, Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Wallet payments where available.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Cash on Delivery is not available by default. It may be offered on select products where explicitly mentioned on the product page.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes, absolutely. All transactions are processed through trusted, secure third-party payment gateways. Renuka Collection does not store or access your card or banking details at any point.
My payment failed but the amount was deducted. What do I do?
Failed payment amounts are typically refunded automatically to your original payment source within 5–7 business days. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@renukacollection.in and we will assist you promptly.
Are the prices on the website inclusive of GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on renukacollection.in are inclusive of applicable GST. There are no hidden taxes or additional charges at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Renuka Collection offers FREE standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no shipping, packaging, or handling fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically delivered within approximately 12 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or courier availability.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, courier partner details, and a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Do you offer refunds?
Renuka Collection does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only exchanges are available for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
How do I request an exchange?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 📞 63829 25672 within 2 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, name, reason for exchange, and a mandatory unboxing video. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Why is an unboxing video required for exchanges?
An unboxing video — recorded continuously from the moment you receive the package until it is fully opened — helps us verify the product's condition at the time of delivery. Exchange requests without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
Are sale or clearance items eligible for exchange?
Generally, sale and clearance items are not eligible for exchange. However, if such items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, an exchange may be considered with valid unboxing video proof.
