At Renuka Collection, your satisfaction means everything to us. Every order is carefully inspected and packed before it leaves our hands. That said, if something goes wrong on our end, we’re here to make it right through our exchange process.
A Few Important Points to Know Upfront
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Exchanges are available only for eligible cases (details below).
- Size-based exchanges are not accepted.
- Minor colour differences due to photography, lighting, or screen display are not grounds for exchange.
Unboxing Video — This Is Essential
Every exchange request must be accompanied by a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video — recorded from the moment you receive the package to when the product is fully opened.
Why does this matter? The video helps us confirm the packaging condition, the state of the product, and any issues that may have occurred during transit. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.
When Are You Eligible for an Exchange?
We’ll happily process your exchange if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
In addition, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact
- Clearly matching the issue shown in the unboxing video
What’s Not Covered?
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Size preferences or fit issues
- Minor colour differences due to screen or lighting variations
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
Time Limit for Raising a Request
All exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window cannot be entertained.

Our team will review your request and walk you through the next steps.
Exchange Approval & Processing
- All exchanges are subject to inspection and verification upon return.
- If the returned item does not pass inspection, it will be sent back to you.
- Exchange pickup is subject to courier availability in your area.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Special & Sale Items
Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as final sale are generally not eligible for exchange. However, if such an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, an exchange may still be considered — provided you have a valid unboxing video.
